Description: This update fixes a problem with fdisk where it incorrectly defaults to cylinder one when creating partitions.
It also resolves a readprofile problem on ppc64.
Prevents appending an addr option on each nfs remount.
The mkfs tools now open with O_EXCL to avoid possible corruption.
A race condition in mount -o loop is fixed.
Locking of accesses to mtab is fixed to avoid mtab corruption.
